What can you print?
We can print any PDF, your choice of black & white or color, on 8.5″ x 11″ standard letter size paper. Please note all black & white orders will come with a free upgrade to color for the cover sheet.
You can upload multiple PDFs to an order by clicking “+Add Print Job” in print details.
In order to keep our business running all PDFs must be ready to print, we cannot do any editing on our end. PLEASE look through your PDFs to make sure the layout is how you want it to be printed. If you need to edit your PDF, we recommend ilovepdf.com. We are not responsible for any layout errors. How many pages are in my PDF?
You can find the number of pages in your PDF at the top of your PDF viewer. Please put the exact number of pages and do not adjust for printing double-sided, our form will do that for you.
How do I pay for my order?
An invoice will be sent to the email you used to submit your order. The invoice will include a link to SQUARE UP payment processor for you to purchase your projects. Please note that items will not be printed until you have paid your invoice in full.
How much does shipping cost?
Your shipping cost will depend on the size of your order. We do ship USPS Media Mail (starting at $6.95) or Priority Mail (Starting at $11.95). Priority Mail includes a tracking code and $50 in insurance if your item is lost or damaged during shipping. Freedom Family Printing is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
Shipping is available for US and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
My file is too big to upload where should I send it?
In order to upload a file to your form it must be under 256MB. If your file exceeds this, not to worry just go to https://wetransfer.com/ and send your file to our email address FREEDOMFAMILYPRINTING@GMAIL.COM Please include your name in the message.
What kind of binding do you use?
We use sturdy plastic spiral binding. The color will vary from white, black or clear depending on current inventory. We are capable of binding projects up to 430 sheets (430 pages printed single sided or 860 pages printed double sided). All spiral bound projects include a clear vinyl front and back cover. Binding is a flat rate of $5.50.
I’m printing double sided. How should I flip my paper?
Telling us how we should flip you paper will let us know how you want your double sided document printed. Most PDFs are portrait orientation (the long edges are on the left and right with the short edges on the top and bottom). Some PDFs are landscape orientation (long edges on the top and bottom with the short edges on the left and right).
A simple way to look at is:
- Portrait orientation with a long edge flip is like a normal book
- Portrait orientation with a short edge flip is like a notepad
- Landscape orientation with a long edge flip is like a calendar
- Landscape orientation with a short edge flip is like a wide book
Can I cancel my order?
You have until your invoice is paid to cancel your order. Once your invoice is paid we will begin preparing your order and we will not be able cancel your order. Please email us at FREEDOMFAMILYPRINTING@GMAIL.COM with your cancellation request.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. If we made an error on your order, contact us immediately and we will make it right. Your business means so much to us and we want to make sure we get your order right every time.
Oh no! I entered in the wrong address. What should I do?
Email us right away at FREEDOMFAMILYPRINTING@GMAIL.COM and we will do our best to update your shipping address. Due to our quick turn around times we cannot guarantee your order has not already left our business.
